One night stay a rip off. Room dirty, noisy and block under renovation hence no visible door number. Deposit kept for 5 days outrageous.

The rooms are new-fashioned and functional, providing views of the rear. The central location on the top floor is great. The rooftop area is enjoyable. The hotel is very close to shops, restaurants, the surf club, and the beach, as well as cafes and restaurants.

Room was not what was expected from photo on the internet. The room smelt like a school toilet block. The bed was average with poor linen being just sheets. All furnishings were outdated and poor. No glasses in bathroom. I was expecting more of a hotel feel to the room. The option to buy bottled water from the fridge would have been nice.

Standard of the rooms was old and tired, especially the showers and kitchens etc. TV, beds et al were old and could do with upgrading. Rooms was not cleaned or made up while we were there. Being next door to a backpackers was also very noisy

I had a very positive stay for 7 nights and the weather was lovely. the location was awesome, just off fantastic restaurants, the beach, and great shops and cafes downstairs along Hastings Street. - the lunch in Ben & Jerry's, meters from the hotel, had every choice imaginable.

The setting was unbeatable and awesome, just next door to the beach and Noosa National Park. Easy walking to all the cafes, shops, and restaurants.

The room was too small, kitchen & lounge uncomfortable to use. TV on the floor. The noise from the flushing toilets above was a dreadful experience. The bed was uncomfortable, could feel the springs in mattress. Could hear the noise of the unit above. We stayed for 7 nights & you do not tidy/clean room mid stay. Poor quality toiletries, although I can cope with that.

Lack of signage. When you drive up the driveway the road splits and there is no sign to tell you where to go or where reception is.

The hotel is in an incredible location right next to the main street and a tower. It is a stunningly beautiful property. The employees are really friendly.
